to Bishopgate Street at the Coach Stand near the Church
and there took a Coach and went to an Ale House near
Old-Street Church and there Drank some Beer together
And from thence he this Informant the said William
Jackson
< no role > John Suttle< no role > Charles Collogan< no role > otherwise Gollogan< no role >
and the said Charles Earls< no role > went and came in to Shoreditch
and there met or overtook a GentlemanSaith that the
said John Suttle< no role > presented and held a Pistol near to the
said Gentlemans head and that the said Jackson Stood
near him with a Cutlass and then he this Informant took
from the said Gentleman several Guineas & two Pocket
Pieces saith that Collogan otherwise Gollogan Earls Jackson
or Suttle also took from the said Gentleman a Watch and
Ringsaith that after they had Robbed the said
Gentleman they went together though several Streets
till they came to a Bakes Shop (which he this Informant
has since heard is in Church Street Bethnal Green ) and
there he this Informant the said John Suttle< no role > and William
Jackson
< no role > broke open with an Iron Chissel the Window Shutters of the
said House or shop next the Street and then he this Informant
and the said John Suttle< no role > went into the said House and took
two silver Table Spoons three Silver Tea Spoons and one Silver
Milk Pot and form thence went into the shop & wrenched
open the Till & carried away the same & a Quantity of
half pence and some Silver therein Saith that whilst he
this Informant & the said John Suttle< no role > were in the said
House the said William Jackson< no role > (who together with the said
Collogan otherwise Gollogan & the said Charles Earls< no role > tarried
in the Street) called to them and said there was some person
looking at them whereupon the said John Suttle< no role > and this
Informant came out of the House and brought with them
the above last mentioned things which they delivered to the said
William Jackson< no role > And thereupon seeing a Man Standing
a few Doors from the said Bakes shop the said John Suttle< no role >
