the said Jackson presented a Pistol at his Head
and the said Suttle put one Hand upon his Eyes
and having a drawn Cutlass in his Other, [..] this
Informant took out of his Breeches Pocket
fifteen Shillings in Silver
That On Thursday last betwixt Eleven
and Twelve O Clock at Night they Assaulted a
Gentleman near [..]

said Jackson Presented a Pistol to him white
[..] Suttle stood over him with a drawn
Cutlass this Informant took from him
about Six Guineas in Gold, and two Pieces
of foreign Silver Coin which Money they
Parted amongst them; They then immediately went
and burglariously broke into a House belonging
to a Baker
in Church Street
Bethnel Green
and took and feloniously carried thereout then
Silver Table Spoons, three tea Spoons one Milk
Pot Six Shillings in Silver and twenty Nine Shillings
in half pence, the said Jackson sold the said things
but cannot tell WhereThat a Man coming
a long taking Notice of them they Assaulted him
and the said Suttle knocked him down with
the butt end of his Pistol and then shot him through
his Arm, while this Informant and the said
Jackson stood by which drawn Cuttlasses
