with a Process of Subpaena Which these Depont. Caused to Be
Isued, and these Deponts. further Say that often such Inquiry
after the said Richard Gregory< no role >
and John Stacy< no role >
as aforesaid they
are informed and Believe the same to be true that the Said
Richard Gregory< no role >
and John Stacy< no role >
are both of them in the County
and are net Expected to returne to London, untill the Middle
of next Month therefore it is imposible for these Deponts. to have the
Benefit of the Testimony of the said Richard Gregory< no role >
and John Stacy< no role >
or Either of them this Sessrs. But these Deponts. Say they have no manner
of Doubt but they shall be able to Cause them both to be Duly Subpaened
to appear and give Evidence this Behalf at the next Sessns. and which
they will use their utmost Endeavours to get Done and these Depons;
humbly Pray the Court to Put of their Tryal at the present Sessns.
