Who being upon his Oath Saith that this Day he
Lodged on Information before John Spinnage< no role >
Esqr.
and John Lane< no role >
Esqr. at the Public Office in Argyle Buildings
against Barnard Maginnes for feloniously Soretching
from him a Note Value £3.9s Payable to Cornelious
Dolling< no role >
and took [..] Major Spinnages Warrant against him for the said
Offence. and that the said Barnard Maginnes< no role >
was
Apprehended and brought before the said Majestrote
and Examined in the said Office betwixt Seven and
Eight O Clock the same Night at which time the
said Note was in the Possession of the said
Maginnesand this Informant further saith when he
was Propossed of the said Note he seizd the said Magennis by the
Coller in order to Obtain the said Note. and the said Maginnes took
up a Came and said he would. Knock him down if he did not get out of his
House and he verily believes Magennious intention was to Robt him of
the said Note
