Esquire Signifying that
he had, had the Gout in his Feet Ever Since the last Assizes
hold al Chelmsford
in and for the County of Essex
where the
said Peter Bigot< no role >
had attended and prosecuted one John
Lambden< no role >
for a Robbery in the Highway on him the said
Peter Bigot< no role >
and taking from him some Money and a Silver
Watch his Property That the said Peter Bigot< no role >
is bound over
to appear at th [..] se present Sessions holden in and for the
County of Middlesex
and prosecute One John Baker< no role >
now
in the Custody of the Keeper of Newgate for having received
the said Watch knowing it to have been Stolen by the said
John Lambden< no role >
But is totally incapable of Attending at
this present Sessions to prosecute the said John Baker< no role >
And this Deponent farther Saith that he did see the said
