Who being upon Oath Says that he knows John Tresler< no role >

John Cooke< no role >
who are both common Thieves. says that last Saturday
Evening about 8 o' Clock the said John Tresler< no role >
and this Informant
Stole 2 pieces of Check now produced out of shop in the Broad
Way Westminster
which he thinks to be the three Nuns. that on
Saturday was fortnight the said John Tresler< no role >
and this Informant
stole a piece of Linen a piece of Cloth and a piece of Stuff which the said John
Tresler< no role >
disposed of for a Guinea & half, says that this day
was fortnight or thereabout the said John Tresler< no role >
and this
Informant stole a Quantity of Wearing Apparel from a
Taylor's in Off Alley York Buildings
which the said Tresler Sold
all together in Jews Place, that about 2 Months ago the said John
Cook< no role >
and this Informant Stole a plain hat out of a house in
Golden Square
which they sold to an Old Cloaths man. that about
the same time the said John Cooke< no role >
& this Informant Stole a
Gold laced hat [..] in Buckingham
Street which they took the Lane
off and that the said Cook sold the said Lace in Tothill Street, that
about the same time the said John Cook< no role >
& this Informant Stole
a Pair of Silver Knee Buckles out of a Shop in Knase's
Acre which the said Cook sold at the same place in Tothill
Street, that about the same time the said John Cook< no role >
& this
Informant stole a red Cloak a Black Cloak & a Tea Chest
out of a House near Carnaby Market
which things were
disposed of by the said Cooke.
