The Information of Mary of Wife of Thomas

taken before me this 18th. day of March 1769

Who being upon Oath says that yesterday Afternoon she had Stolen a
Cloak a Shift and a Bed Gown now produced, that she was was informed
that a Woman had been seen going away from this Informat's house
with Some such things, that she accordingly pursued and overtook a
Woman now present who calls herself Ann Felter with the said things
now produced upon her and does suspect and verily believe that
the said Ann Felter< no role > did feloniously take and carry away the
said Cloak Bed Gown and Shift
