Middlesex To wit

The Information of John Conolly< no role > taken before on
this 18th. day of March 1769

Who being upon Oath says that last night between 10 & 11 o
Clock as he was sitting on the Bench at the Ship Ale house at
Charging Cross a Person now present who calls herself Mary
Ellis< no role > came and sat down upon his Knee, that immediately after
she was gone he followed her for his Watch which she has Wilson
out of his Pocket but could not find her, that he does verily believe
that the said Mary Ellis< no role > did feloniously take and carry away
the said Watch
