The Information of George Fleming< no role > and
William Champion< no role > taken before me the 6th.
day of March 1769

Who being upon Oath severally Say that on Tuesday Morning
last their Warehouse in Giltspur Street was feloniously & burglariously
broke open and a Quantity of Raisins stolen out, that a frail of
Raisins now produced are of the Same Quality with those Stolen as
aforesaid, that they do verily believe the said Raisins to be part
of the said Raisin so Stolen from them and that they do
verily believes that a person now present who calls himself
John Davis< no role > was concerned in the Said felony & that one
Elizabeth Lamb< no role > now presentnodid feloniously receive Part
of the Said Raisins knowing them to be Stolen
