The Information of John Thomas< no role >
Servant to Mr. Williams near Temple
Bar Linen Draper taken before me
this 30th. day of July 1768

Who being upon Oath says that between 1 & 2 o'Clock
day three persons now present who call themselves Ann
Darlin
< no role > , Ann Price< no role > , and Elizabeth Lewis< no role > came into his said
Master's Shop and cheapened some Cheeks, that they staid
about five Minutes and then went out, that very soon
after they were gone this Informant perceived that a Quantity
of Muslin about 14½ Yards of which lay upon the Counter
while the said three Women wore in the Shop was stolen, that
no other person was in the Shop except the said three Women,
that one of the said three persons to wit Ann Darlin< no role > seemed to put
something into her pocket or under her Cloaths while she was
in the Shop, and this Informant further says that he does
suspect and verily believe that the said Ann Darlin< no role > did
steal the said Muslin and that the said Ann Price< no role > and the said
Elizabeth Lewis< no role > were aiding and assisting to her in the said fast
