of Hyde park Corner taken before me this 24th.
day of August 1768

Who being upon Oath says that She was present on the 3d. August Inst.
at the Public House near Burlington House in Piccadilly when her
Aunt had been Arrested and was there put into a Coach and farther
[..] that no Person went into the said Coach wither said Aunt
except a Person now present who calls himself David Taylor< no role >
and says that a Person now present who calls himself Samuel
Smith< no role > was there put did not go into the Coach nor was not in it
when the said Coach drove away
