Who being upon Oath says that on Monday the 3d.
of March last at about half past six in the Morning
he was Robbed near [..] Finakley Common in the Birmingham
Coach by a single Highwayman
Mounted upon a
black Horn with a blaze in his face of one Moidore
and four Shillings and six pence and farther says
that he is very sure that a Person now present
who calls himself Thomas Smith< no role >
is the Identical
Person that Assaulted and Robbed him as aforesaid
