The Information of Mr. Thomas
Reynolds< no role > of Warwick taken before
me this 8th. day of April 1766

Who being upon Oath says that on Monday the 3d.
of March last at about half past six in the Morning
he was Robbed near [..] Finakley Common in the Birmingham
Coach by a single Highwayman Mounted upon a
black Horn with a blaze in his face of one Moidore
and four Shillings and six pence and farther says
that he is very sure that a Person now present
who calls himself Thomas Smith< no role > is the Identical
Person that Assaulted and Robbed him as aforesaid
