Who being upon Oath says that on Monday
the third of March last at about half past six o' Clock
in the Morning he was stopt in the Birmingham Coach
upon Finchley Common
by a Single Highwayman
who
Robbed this Informant of half a Guinea and some
Silver says he has since seen a Person who calls
himself Thomas Smith< no role >
whom appearshe believesto be the
Man that Robbed him as aforesaid and hath also
seen a Horse at the Sign of the George in Leather
Lane
which he believes to be the Horse on which the
Highway man Rode at the time he Robbed him as aforesaid
