Who being upon oath says that on Friday the 28th.
of Febry last at about half past six in the Evening
he was Robbed near Mimms Wash in a Post Chaise
by a singh Highway man Mounted upon a little
black Horse with a blaze in his face ofon Welch
Watch oftwo six and thirtys two Guineas and some
Silver and says he is very sure that a Person now
present who calls himself Thomas Smith< no role > is the same
Person who assaulted and Robbed him as aforesaid
