Who being upon Oath severally say and first the said
Robert King< no role >
for himself saith that on or about the
6th. of Decr. last a grey Colt about two Years Old with a
Balled face long Tail and about fourteen hands high the
property of Luke of Sanderson of Sawtrey in Huntingdonshire
was feloniously Stole and led away out of the Grounds of said
Sanderson, And said WilliamWilliamWatkins< no role >
for himself
saith that he bought a Colt answering the above description and
which he verily believes to be the same about the 20th. of Decr.
last of one Francis Pepper< no role >
& gave him for the same the value
of five pounds in Money with another Horse, and the
aforesd. Robert King< no role >
for himself for ther saith that to for
these and other reasons he doth believes that the said
Pepper feloniously Stole the aforesaid Colt out of the
grounds of the above Mr. Saunders one aforesaid
