Who being upon Oath severally say, and
first the said Eleanor Warner< no role >
for herself says
That Henry Drodge< no role >
, with two other Persons came
to her House about eight o'Clock last Night;
says that after staying there some time, they
went away when She Missed a Silver Pint
Mug, now produced, that giving the Alarm that
James Butler< no role >
, with other Persons went out in
pursuit of them; and John Field< no role >
for himself
saith that he joined the Pursuers at Kensington
as he came out of the House of John Newbolt< no role >
, the
red Horse and Groom; that he returned with New bolt
towards Hammersmith
; that about fifty Yards
from said House, he saw said Henry Drudge< no role >
, now
present take the said Mug from under his Coat
and throw it ever a low Wall; that said Drudge
immediately ran away, and being pursued was
taken soon after in Kensington
Squares.
