And this Examinant Thomas Darling< no role > farther Sayth
that all and every the said Hammers, Saws, Plaines, Chissel,
Mortices, Oilstones and sunday other Tools as well those who
property to before expressed and respective Articles parlicularised
andas those which he cannot particularly mention or the
property ascertain, he this Examinant sold to John Ramsey< no role >
of Old Gravel Lane in the Parish of St George in the said
County Broker , as sundry times, for the prices he cannot well
remember, but greatly under the Value thereof, and who bought
and received the same well knowing the same and every
pavd and parcel thereof to be feloniously stolen and who ever
encouraged him to bright him whatever he cou'd to him for sale
and he wou'd purchase it, that all the Tools such as Hammers
Plaines Chiessels Saws Etc: which are found in the possessions
of the Said John Ramsey< no role > and which he purchased of this said
Examinant were bought and purchased by the said John in
the same Order and Condition the same were feloniously
stolen and that the Marks were not defaced or obliterated by this
Examinant or any persons to his knowledge.

And this Examinant farther and lastly Sayth that he
sold all the Tools aforementioned as also mary others he
cannot particularly mention but which were feloniously stole
at the times and places aforesaid by this Examinant (save
& except one Hand Saw one Square one Mortice Gage found
upon this Examinant and the property of the aforesaid
Henry Corke) [..] to the said John Ramsey< no role > and no
other Person whatsoever
