The Information of Mark Child< no role >
of Chancery Lane Robe maker
taken before me this 21th. day of
April 1764

Who being upon Oath says that on Monday Night last was [..] night
after the hour of seven he had Stole out of his Work Shop
Quantity of Robes and Gowns, that about six the
[..] Morning he discovered the Robbery, and that there was found near
the Trapdoor upon the Leads, part of the goods so Stolen
says that James Hicks< no role > now present Lodges in the Garrot
next to that of this Informants says that his House
was broken and entered by breaking at Pain above the
Hasp of the Cazement

Mark Child< no role >

Thomas Mund< no role > Bricklayer upon Oath says that he was
desired by Mr. Child who told him he had been Robbed
to examine the toss of his House which he did and traced
footless from Mr. Child Garrot Window to the Trap door
of the next House and no further and verily believes
that the Persons who Committed the Robbery went in at
said Trap door
