one of the CORONERS of our said LORD the KING, for the said County, on View of the Body of
John Baker< no role >
then and there lying dead, upon the Oath of
the several Persons whose Names are hereunder-written and Seals affixed, good and lawful
Men of the said County, duly chosen, and who being then and there duly sworn and
charged to inquire, for our said LORD the KING, when, how, and by what Means, the said

came to his
Death, do, upon their Oath, say, That the said

on the nineteenth
Day of November in the Year aforesaid at the Parish and in the
County aforesaid going up a Ladds there It so happened that the
said Laddes broke and he fell from the same upon the Leads of a
Barn
there by Means whereof he received one mortal Wound of
which he languished until the twenty first Day of the said
Month of November and then died And so the Jurors aforesaid
do say that the said

in manner and by
the Means aforesaid accidentally came to his death
and not otherwise
IN WITNESS whereof, as well the said CORONER as
