Southwark Patit at Guys Hospital maketh oath that
yesterday week in the afternoon the deced was bros to the said
Hospital. Dept examined him & pound that his right Thight at
Groom were much swollen He ws dressed and later proper
carr of the died last Sunday, and dept has no doubt but his
death was occasioned by the brusies & fractures he had received
on his right thigh & Grom
