Confectioner one of the Constables of the parish of
Saint Dunstan in the Stert in which oath & saith
that last night about a qr. after 12 Dept on
walking round the parish saw the deced lying upon
the pavement in Falcon Court close against the Hall
the deced appeared to be as took & snared a food Land
Dept [..] that the deced was in liquior &
that he would recover & so away about his business

of Falcon Court Fleet Street Printer maketh oath
this mong about [..] past five Dept what to the end of
the Court and there Dept saw the deced lying upon the
pavemt. & several people around him the appeared to
Dept to the dead The persons around him said he was
warn Dept went to the Beadle of the parish &
informed him of it The Beadle [..] came & the deced
was taken to Mr. Pinkstons house
