maketh oath that this day week as Dept believes
he being on Bark side he saw the deced [..] up as his
knees on the highway havg. as Dept believes been run
over by a Cart that he saw pass. That the deced was
afterwards taken to Guys Hospital in a Coach

maketh oath that yesterday week as Dept
believes he saw the deced who was an old man standing by
some horses belonging to a Waggon which was standing on
Backside
to be loaded with WheatThat a Cart belonging to
James Dowley< no role >

by one Horse was passing near the Waggon;
that the Horses the decad were with took fright, but by what
means Dept does not know, and Dept saw the decad fall down
& the off Wheel of the Cart passed over the body of the deced
That the Waggon horses and also the Horse in the Cart all ran
awayThat the deced was assisted up and taken to a
neighbouring house
, and was afterwards taken to Guys Hospital
