Then A Motion was made to hether all persons who are
Housekeepers of this Parish if Rated to the Poor & others
that pay to the Poor have a Right to Ballott for a Lecturer
and no others, Except those who shall become Housekeepers
before the Day of Election. And It passed in the Affirmative

Ordered That every Candidate may choose his own
Inspector on the Day of Election.

At a Meeting of the Inhabitants of the North & South
precincts of this Parish held the 14th. December 1738.

Mrs: Church-Warden Barber Acquainted the
Gentlemen present that the End of this Meeting was to
choose Ward Officers for the Year Ensuing Vizt. Constables
Scavengers and Inquestmen.

Inquestman.

And Mr. Francis Woodd< no role > was then putt in Nomination to
serve the Offices of Constable, Scavenger & Inquestman
for the Year ensuing & chose.

Mr. Thomas Bainham< no role >
the Same

Then Mr: Thomas Bainham desired to be Excused from
serving the Offices of Constable Scavenger, & Inquestman
for one Year, And the Question being putt It passed in the
Negative.
