A Motion made that the
Parish Clerk do prepare
& leave with the Vestry
Clerk before Easter next
an Exact List of the Parish:
-ioners Names of such as
have not Served Pish &
Ward Offices with the
respective times of their
coming into the Parish
& that the Parish Clerk
for the Time being do
continued do the Same
twice in Every Year


Carried in ye. Affirmative

Then Mr. Church Warden Watton moved that Mr. Todd
the Parish Clerk before Easter Week next Do prepare & leave
with the Vestry Clerk an Exact List of the now Inhabitants of
this Parish who have not Served Parish & Ward Offices,
distinguishing the respective times that each Inhabitants came
into the Parish, and also that Mr Todd or the Parish Clerk
for the Time being Do twice in every Year Yearly that is to Say
within one Week before Easter, and within a fortnight before
St. Thomas's Day Preprape & Leave with the Vestry Clerk an
Exact List of all the new Inhabitants of this Parish
Distinguishing the respective times of each new Inhabitants
coming into the Parish, and to be paid for the Same at the
Discretion of the Church Wardens for the Time being, and the
Question being putt on the said Motion it passed in the
affirmative Nem: Con:.

Alderman Abdy's
Gift distributed.

This Meeting was Summoned by Mr. John Watton< no role >
Upper Church Warden for disposing of and distributing
Seven Pounds ten Shillings the Gift of Alderman Abdy
deceased , At which time no person petitioning for five Pounds
part thereof given by the Will of the Donor to a Poor Housekeeper
It was ordered that the whole Seven Pounds ten Shillings together with Fifty
Shillings Sacrament Money should be distributed as follows
and the Same was Distributed as follow's.
