reported from the Commee.
that pursuant to the last
order of Vestry he had reced
Several Proposals in Writing
for doing ye. Painters,
Plaisterers , & Glaziers Work
which he delivered in.

This Vestry was held pursuant to Notice given in the Church, and
Mr. Church Warden Scullard reported from the Committee appointed
to Consider of the Repairs of the Church that pursuant to the last
Order of Vestry he had treated with Several Workmen about the
Repairs and received Several Proposals in Writing for doing, the
Painters , Plaisterers , and Glaziers Work, which he delivered in at
the Table, and the said Proposals were taken into Consideration &
after Sometime spent thereon.

That Mr. Dance wod. Undertake
to do the whole Repairs in a
Workman like manner for
£133:15:0 therein including
the painting the Curtain &
the King's Arms & Iron Rails

Mr. Church Warden Scullard Acquainted the Gentlemen present
that Mr. Dance the person who had Surveyed the Church & taken
an Estimate of the Repairs wanting and of the Charge thereof
would if this Vestry approved of the Same undertake to do the
whole Repairs according to the said Estimate in a good & Workman
like manner for the Sum: of £133:15: therein including the
painting the Curtain at the East End of the Church & the King's
Arms & Iron Rails.

And the Question being putt that Mr. Church Warden Scullard be< no role >
empowered to agree with Mr. Dance to repair the Church
according to the said Estimate and that a Sum not exceeding
£133:15:0 be allowed for doing the Same, It was carried in the
Affirmative.

Ordered that Mr. Church
Warden Scullard< no role > do Agree wth.
Mr. Dance to repair the Church
& that a Sum not Exceeding
£133:15: be allowed for the same

Ordered that Mr. Church Warden Scullard do Agree with Mr
Dance the Surveyor to repair the Church, and that a Sum not.
