thereof, and that he had been but three Years in the House
& was unable to bear the Charge of the said Repairs,
and then Mr. Harrison withdrew.

Moved that Mr. Harrison
should be Excused from
repairing the sd. Mess: for this
time only without prjudice to
the Covenants in his Lease for
repairing if same for ye future
& during ye. Residue of his Term
therein, and the Queon being
putt, it was Carried in the
Affirmative

And the Gentlemen present proceeded to take the Matters
of the said Repairs into further Consideration, And Mr.
Church Warden Barber moved, that Mr. Harrison, should
be Excused from Repairing the said Messuage for this
time only, without prejudice to the Covenants in his Lease
for repairing the Same for the future & during the Residue
of his Term therein, And the Question being putt on the
said Motion It was carried in the Affirmative.

Ordered accordingly

Ordered That Mr. Robert Harrison< no role > be excused from
repairing the said Messuage for this time only without
Prejudice to the Covenants in his Lease for repairing the
same for the future & during the Residue of his Term
therein.

Ordered that sd. Premes be
Surveyed by Mr. Steers & after
Such Survey taken the Church
Wardens are to treat with Work-
Men & receive proposals &
deliver the same with an Accot.
of their Proceedings to the next
Vestry.

Ordered that the said Premises be Surveyed by Mr
Steers to See what Repairs are wanting, and after
Such Survey taken, the two Church Wardens are to
treat with Workmen & receive Proposals, & deliver
the Same with an Account of their Proceedings to the
next Vestry.

Ordered a New Surplice for the
Reader.}
