Then Mr Church Warden Barber acquainted the Gent.
present that they were to proceed on the Second Ballot at 3 of
the clock in the afternoon pursuant to the said Order of Vestry
made the 12th. Day of December last, and adjourned the Vestry
to 3 of the Clock. At which time the Church Wardens and
other Inhabitants met pursuant to the Adjournment and
then proceeded to take the Second Ballot, and Closed the said
Ballot at Six of the clock, and on casting up the same the
Number of Votes for the two Candidates was as follows Vizt

Second Ballott.

The Revd: Mr Lloyd chose
Lecturer.

Whereupon Mr Church Warden Barber declared the Numbers
for each Candidate, and that the Reverend Mr Lloyd had the
Majority of thirty one against Mr Sandiford, and Mr Lloyd< no role >
was then declared duly Elected.-Exd P Nath Andrews< no role >
