Question being putt on the said Motion, It was
Ordered that he should be Exempted from serving
the said Offices on paying the said Fine.

Then Mr: Kelland Heath< no role > was putt in Nomination
to serve the Offices of Constable Scavenger and
Inquestman for the Year ensuing in the Room of
Mr. George Behrens and chose, But he desired
to be Exempted from serving the said Offices on
paying the usual Fine of Twelve Pounds, and
the Question being putt on the said Motion It
was also ordered that Mr. Kelland Heath< no role >
should be Exempted from serving the said
Offices on paying the said Fine.

Then Mr. Robert Parnell< no role > was put in Nomination
to serve the said Offices in the Room of Mr.
Kelland Heath< no role > and chose. But he also desired
to be Exempted from serving the said Offices
on paying the usual Fine of Twelve Pounds
and the Question being put on the said Motion
It was likewise Ordered that Mr. Robt. Parnell< no role >
should be Exempted from serving the said
Offices on paying the said Fine.

Parnell and chose, But he likewise desired to

paying the usual Fine of Twelve Pounds and
the Question being put on the said Motion
It was ordered that Mr. Wm: Fuller should
be exempted on paying the said Fine.
