Mr. Steers having pursuant
to the last Order of Vestry
Surveyed the sd. Mess: in
Philpott Lane, delivered in
an Estimate of the Repairs
amounting to £38:10:0

At This Vestry The Order of Vestry of 27th: July last was read
Then Mr: Church Warden Barber acquainted the Gentlemen
present that Mr. Steers had pursuant to the said last Order of
Vestry Surveyed the Messuage or Tenement belonging to this
Parish seituate on the East side of Philpott Lane & now in
the Possession of Mr. Robert Harrison< no role > and that he had
prepared an Estimate of the Charge of the Repairs to be done
to the said Messuage amounting to the Sum of Thirty Eight
Pounds ten Shillings which he delivered in at the Table.

The Same was Read

Ordered That the said Estimate be now Read & the same
was read accordingly.

Then the Gentlemen present took the Same into Consideration
& after sometime spent thereon The Question was putt
Whether the said Messuage shod. be repaired according to
the said Estimate It passed in the Affirmative Nem: Con:

The sd. Mess: to be repaired
according to sd. Estimate.

Ordered That the said Messuage be repaired according
to the said Estimate.

Then It was moved that the Church Wardens be impowered
to Agree with Workmen for that Purpose, And the Question
being putt on the said Motion It passed in the Affirmative

Ordered That the the Church Wardens for the time being be impower'd
