Thomas Dixon< no role > maketh oath That divers
years ago he was duly bound Apprentice to Caleb Cook< no role > of
the Parish of Saint Botolph without Aldgate in the Sd County
Cordwainer untill he Should attain the age of Twentyone
years by the Parish officers of the Parish of St Michael
Bassishaw London that he Continued to Serve his Said
Master in the Sd Parish of St Botolph without Aldgate till
within about one year & half of the Term for which
he was bound Apprentice When he left his Said Master
against & Without his Said Masters Consent & never
afterwards returned back to him nor did his Sd Master
after this Deponents So left him ever give his Consent
to this Deponents living or Serving him elsewhere nor
was this Deponts Indres ever delivered up to him or Cancelled
That this Depont never rented a house of Ten Pounds a
Year or upwards nor ever Served any Parish office nor ever
paid any Poors rates or Kings Taxes nor ever did any act
to gain a Settlement Since his Apprenticeship That the
hath a wife named Sarah < no role > & a Child named Mary Ann< no role > Aged
Two years or thereabouts the lawful Issue of this Depont
by his Said wife to whom he was lawfully married
