Leases

House Committee to inquire into
the made of Granting and also
respecting Insurances

It is Ordered that it be referred to the House
Committee to Inquire into the Present made of Granting
Leases and to consider whether any Alterations are
necessary to be made therein particularly respecting the
Present mode of Insuring and to make such Variations as
may be necessary for the Security of the Hospital and for
expiditing and facililating the granting and executing
Leases in future and to report their opinion thereon to the
Court.

Woodcock Elborough< no role > his
Benefaction of £50 reported

Richd. Clark< no role > Esqr . Treasurer Reported that he had
received of Elborough Woodcock Esqr . Fifty Pounds for the
Use of Bridewell and Bethlem Hospitals It was moved and
seconded that the thanks of this Court be given to Mr. Woodcock
for his kind and Charitable Donation which was done
accordingly.

Eyre Charles< no role > his Benefaction
of £100 reported

Richd. Clark Esqr . Aldn. Treasurer Reported that he
had received of Charles Eyre Esqr . One Hundred Pounds for the
Use of Bethlem Hospital It was moved and seconded that the
Thanks of this Court be given to Mr. Eyre for his kind and
Charitable Donation which was done accordingly.

Watts David Pike< no role > his
Benefaction of £50 reported and
Proposed as a Governor

Richd. Clark< no role > Esqr . Aldn . Treasurer Reported that he
had received of David Pike Watts of the Minories Esqr . Fifty
Pounds for the Use of Bridewell and Bethlem Hospitals It
was moved and seconded that the Thanks of this Court be
given to Mr. Watts for his kind and Charitable Donation
which was done accordingly.

David Pike Watts of the Minories Esqr . being
proposed by Richd. Clark Esqr . Aldn. Treasurer to be Elected a
Governor of these Hospitals It is Ordered that such
Election shall be determined by a Majority of Votes at the
next General Court and that Notice of such intended Election
be inserted in the Summons's for such Court.
