This Court having duly weighed and considered the
said Report doth Confirm the same.

Hospitals Stocks
to be Transferred in the name
of the Presidents Treasurer and
Auditor General

It Appearing to this Court by the Accounts now read that
the Stock and Annuities of and belonging to these Hospitals have
been placed and lye dispersed in various different Funds It is
hereby referred to the Right Worshipful the President and Treasurer
and to the Auditor General to sell and Transfer so much and
such parts of the Stocks and Annuities of or belonging to the said
Hospitals respectively as they shall Judge most proper for Placing
and consolidating the whole in one or more Funds and that the
Money arising by and from such Sales be Invested and laid out
in such Funds as they shall Direct in their Joint Names In
Trust for the separate and Distinct uses of the said Hospitals
respectively and shall be transferred accordingly.
