and that he has paid the last Sum of Money to James Statford
the Lessee of those Houses to put the same in Compleat Repair and
that he has laid out £1243..6s..5d out of the other Money in the
Purchase of twelve East India Bonds so that the Hospital may
receive the Advantage thereof until it is well considered by the
Committee and determined by the Court which will be most
Advantageous. to the Hospital (namely) to Let the side of the
Houses on which the Total loss happened upon a low not Ground
Rent P Foot or an Increased one on advancing part of the said
Insurance Money to Builders
And We do further Certify that the Ballances in
Cash which remained at Christmas 1785 in the Hands of the
Treasurer and different Officers of the Hospital and Receiver of
the Lincolnshire Estate were as follows (Vizt)
