Hospital Stocks Annuities Etc
to be Transferred to the President
Treasurer and Auditor General


It is Ordered that all and every
the Stocks Annuites and other sums of Money of
or belonging to these Hospitals respectively by Transferred
by all and every the Persons in whom the same are now
Vested To the Worshipful Brass Crosby< no role > Esqr . President
Richd. Clark< no role > Esqr . Treasurer and Henry Cranke< no role > Esqr
Auditor General of these Hospitals In Trust and
for the Use and benefit of these Hospitals respectively &
that they Accept the same accordingly and receive all
the Dividends and Interest thereof now due and to
become due in future.

Agreement Between the Common
Council and Governors of the
Royal Hospitals


Upon Reading an order of Common
Council in the Words and figures following Vizt.
A Common Council holden in the Chamber of
the Guildhall of the City of London on Thursday the 30th.
Day of May 1782.The Committee appointed
to enquire into and Prosecute the Right of the Members
of the Common Council to be Governors of the Royal Hospitals
did this Day deliver into this Court a Report in Writing
under their Hands with the Draft of an Agreement
annexed touching the Government of the said Hospitals
which were read.Resolved that this Court doth
Agree with the Committee in their Report and Approve
of the Draft of the Agreement thereto annexed and doth
Order the same to be forthwith engrossed and laid before the
next Court to be Sealed and exchanged with a Counter part
thereof from the Royal HospitalsRix"

And also upon Reading an Agreement
passed under Seal and Confirmed by the Court of
Common Council in the Words and figures following
that is to say "Articles of Agreement
"made Concluded and Agreed upon Between the
