Continued Thursday 22d June 1775
That no Member of this Committee shall be on any other
Committee (expect the Prison Committee) at the same time
Committee of Auditors
That this Committee consist of eight governors (as usual) whereof
three to be a Quorum Four of this Committee to go off Annually by
Relation of whom two to be replaced by drawing two Names out of the
Glass containing the Names of the governors Present and the remaining
two out of such of the governors at large as shall be proposed by
governors Present and shall appear to have a Majority upon holding
up of Hands
That the Clerk do Annually Summon this Committee to meet on
some say in the first week in April and then lay before them the
Accounts of these Hospitals to the Christmas preceding and that this
Committee do meet at least three times in each Week till they have gone
through the said Accounts
That no Member of this Committee shall be on any other Committee

House or Bridewell Committee
That this Committee consist of Twenty four governors (as usual) of
whom half to go off annually (as usual) and to be replaced in the like
manner and the like Proportions as the Committee of Auditors and that
this be an upon Committee and all that come to have Voices
Bethlem Committee
That this Committee consist of Forty two governors (as usual) of
whom half to go off annually and be replaced in the usual manner
and that this be an open Committee and all that come to have Voices
Prison Committee
That a perpetual Prison Committee be Institutes consisting of
Eight governors whereof three to be a Quorum half the Number to
be Elected by drawing four Names out of the Glass containing the Names
of the governors Present and the other half out of such of the governors
at large as shall be proposed by governors Present and shall Appear
to have a Majority upon holding up of Hands four of this Committee
to go off Annually by relation and be replaced in the like manner
and the like proportions as the Committee of Auditors
That this Committee have power to Inspect to Inspect Prisons and to
direct every thing relating to them and to the Prisoners and report
their Proceedings from time to time to the General Courts
