Continued Thursday 22d June 1775

NB Many regulations are much wanted with regard to the Prisoners
and Prisoners and particularly the Claping and separating the
prisoner finding some better work for them and rendering the
Prisons more Airy but these requiring length of time and much
Consideration it is the Opinion of this Committee that (except such
as shall be adopted in the Subsequent part of these regulations)
the same be referred to the Consideration of the Prison Committee

Estates and their Management

That the Surveyor do proceed to execute the Works proposed in
the schedule annexed to this Report under the Inspection of this
Committee or of the Committee of Inspection for the time being
That Plans Rentals and Particulars of all Estates Funds Etc.
belonging to the Hospitals be printed and a Copy delivered to each
Governor who shall pay for the same 5s. These to be prepared
under the direction of the Committee of Inspection.

Accounts

That a full and particular Statement of each Years Accounts
(in which all outstanding Arrears to be Noticed) be pepared
and printed under the direction of the Committee of Auditors
and a Copy sent to each Governor on or before the day of the
Annual Dinner given by the Stewards

governors

That no governors have a Nomination who having been chosen
upon Committee has not Attended the same at least four times
in the first Year of his Election or paid the Sum of £5 as a
Fine for not serving upon such Committee unless the Committee
shall admit of such governors Excuse

NB No Fine to be paid if the Committee has not been summoned
four times within the Year

Officers & Servants

That for the future no Officer of these Hospitals be capable of
being made a Governor of the same whilst he continues in his Office
and that no Person being already a Governor and being afterwards
chosen an Officer shall be capable of Acting in his Office till he has
resigned his Staff as Governor This not to extend to the President
Treasure or Auditor General for the time being nor to such Persons
who are at present both governors and Officers

That upon a Vacancy of any Officer Servant or Arts Master
before the same be filled up it be referred to the Committee of Inspection
