Upon Reading an Order of Court of the 9th. July 1772 whereby
it is (Int al) Ordered that the Apothecary to be chosen should be a
single Man and in Case he Marries after his Election his Office to
become Vacant and a Motion being made & the Question put that so
much of the said Order as is above recited should be repeated it was
carried in the Affirmative.

Upon Considering the Bill now depending in Parliament for
paving Cleansing and lighting that part of the great Street called
Bride Street leading from Fleet Street to Black friars Bridge and
Bridewell Precinct It is the Opinion of this Court that Application
be made to the Committee that proper Clauses be therein inserted to
Scour and Cleanse the Drains Vaulls and Sewers and to remove
and prevent Annoyances and Incroachments within the said Precinct
as well as to pave Cleanse and light the several Streets and other places
within the said Precinct
