Continued Thursday 22d June 1775

that Court the Names of all Tenants above Nine Months in
Arrear the Sums they respectively Owe their Annual Rents and
in whose Collection they are.

That at the same Court the Charman of each Committee
report the Names of such Members of his Committee as have not
Attended four times in the Year such Reports of the Auditor
General and of the Chairman of Committees to be entered in the
Minutes of that Court.

That at every Court at which Committees are to be chosen
or filled up the Doors of the Court room be locked at one o' Clock
Precisely and the Names of the governors the Present taken
down by the Clerk and put into a Galss.

Committees

That this Committee be dissolved at the first Generals court
which shall be held in or after June next and that at the same
Court the following Committees be added and Elected in manner
after mentioned ViztA Committee of Inspection and
A Prison Committee

Committee of Inspection

That a perpetual Committee of Inspection be Instituted
consisting of twelve governors whereof five to be a Quorum Half
the number to be Elected by drawing six Names out of the
other half out of such of the governors at large as shall be
proposed by governors Present and shall Appear to have a
Majority upon holding up of Hands Six of this Committee
to go off Annually by Relation of whom three to be replaced
by drawing three Names out of the Glass containing the Names
of the governors Present and the remaining three out of such
governors as have Actually served upon the Prison Committee
and shall Appear to have a Majority upon hodling up of
Hands

That this Committee have power to Inspect all the
Concerns of both Hospitals and to report from time to time
to the General Courts all Abuses and all such Regulation
and Improvements as shall be thought proper or expedient

That the Clerk do summon this Committee to meet at least once a
Quarter and as often as desired by any Member of it
