Continued Thursday 27th. April 1775

with the full benefit and Management of the said Agreement
and also all and Singular the said Household Goods Furniture &
things being in and about the House And all the Estate & Interest
Property profit Claim and Demand Whatsoever of him the said
Abraham Hart< no role > of in and to the same To hold as to one equal
Moiety or half part unto your Petitioner his Executors Administrators
and Assigns to and for his and their own Use and benefit as and
for his and their own Obsolute Property for and during all the
Residue and Remainder of the said Term of 21 Years then to come
and unexpired Subject to one equal Moiety of the Rent Taxes Repairs
and other Outgoings and to the Performance of the Covenants to be
contained in the said Lease on the Tenants part to be paid and
Performed and To hold one Equal Moiety of the Household Goods
and Furniture unto your Petitioner his Exots Admors & Assigns
to and for his and their own proper Use and benefit as his and
their own proper Goods and Chattels absolutely for ever And also
To hold the remaining or other Moiety of him the said Abraham
Hart
< no role > of and in the said Messuage Household Goods Furniture
and other things unto your Petitioner his Exors Admors & Assigns
Subject to one Moiety of the Rent and Covenants contained in the
said Intended Lease Subject to Redemption of the said last
mentioned Moiety in Manner therein after mentioned that is to say
that if the said Abraham Hart< no role > his Exors Admors or Assigns did
and should pay or cause to be paid to your Petitioner his Exors
Admors or Assigns the full sum of £465 together with Lawful
Interest for the same on or before the 12th. day of May then next
ensuing that then and in such Case every matter therein contained
so far only as concerned the said Abraham Harts< no role > 's Moiety of the
said Premises so Assigned to your Petitioner by way of Mortguge
should cease determine and be void to all Intents and Purposes.
That your Petitioner has agreed with Charles Foulis< no role > of
Cornhill London Esqr . to Assign over to him all his Interest and
Benefit in the said Lease. Your Petitioner therefore humbly
prays that the Lease so Contracted and agreed for by the said Abraham
Hart
< no role > of the aforesaid Premises may be made to the said Charles Foulis for
the residue of the said Term now to come & unexpired It is Ordered that
the said Petition be referred to the House Committee that they do Consider the
same & Report their Opinion thereon to this Court
