Continued Wednesday 23d. May - 1764

Nevertheless that they my said Trustees and the Survivors and Survivors of them
should well and truely pay or cause to be paid unto Mary Kemp< no role > Spinster then
my housekeeper for her Assigns or should permitt and Suffer her or them to
have receive and take yearly and every year for and during the Term of her
Natural life by even & equal half yearly Payments the Dividends Interest and
Profitts of the said One thousand Pounds Old South Sen Annuitys as the same should
become Grow due and payable the first of which Said half yearly Payments to
Commence at the next half yearly Payment after my Decease And Whereas
the said Wm Sheppard< no role > and Thomas Mead< no role > two of My Trustees and Executors are
since departed this life And Whereas the said Mary Kemp< no role > hath lately
Inter married with one James Swaine< no role > Now I do by this Waiting (which
I declare to be a Codicill to my said Will and of which I have Caused two Parts
to be Written both of the same To nor wards and form and Direct that the same
may be taken as a part thereof) Revoke and make Void the said here in before
received Bequest the said William Sheppard< no role > James Green< no role > and Thomas Mead< no role >
of the said One thousand Pounds of My Old South Sea Annuity given and bequeathed to
them and the Trust thereof for the said Mary Kemp< no role > as aforesaid and in hea and
Shead of such bequeath I Give and bequeath unto the said James Green< no role > and
to John Phillips< no role > the Elder of Green church Street London Haberdasher One
thousand Pounds of my Old South Sea Annuity Upon Trust and Confidence
Nevertheless that they my said Trustees and the Survivor of them his Exctors and
Administrations do & shall yearly & every year & well And truely pay or [..] to be
paid unto the said Mary Swaine< no role > the Will of the said James Swaine< no role > & into her
hands only to and for her sohe & Sepperate use for and during the term of her
Natural life all the clear Yearly Dividends Interest and Produce of the said
One thousand Pounds of my Old South sea Annuities as the same shall arrive
grow due and be received by my said Trustees or the Survivor of them his
Executors or Admors by half yearly Payments The first of which said
half yearly Payments to Commence & be made to her by and out of the first
half yearly Dividend that shall be received by my said Trustees next after
my decease And the Receipt & Receipts of the sd. Mary Susaine alone
(Notwithstanding her Coverture) shall be aged and Sufficient discharge Ao [..]
said Trustees and the Survivor of them his Excton and Admor for the same my
Will and intent being that the said yearly Dividends & Interset shall be Subject
to the Controul Alienation Disposition or Inter meddling of the said James
Swaine
< no role > her persent husband or Accept after taken husband or belyagble his or
their Debts Engaqements or Incumbrances Item I Give and bequeath unto
Joseph Simms< no role > of the Borough of Southwark . Upholster or the Sum of One
Hundred Pounds of Law full money of Great Britain Item I Do Constitute &
Appoint the said John Phillips< no role > to be one of my Executors together with the said
James Green< no role > as fullly and of effectually to all intents & Purposes & in all
Respects as if they only and no other Person or Person had been by me Originally
in & by my said Will Constituted and appointed Executors thereof And I Give &
Bequeath unto the said John Phillips< no role > the further Sum of Two hundred Pounds
of likes lawfull money for this Care & Trouble as one of my Executors And I do
