Continued Wednesday 23d. May 1764.

being of Saint Lukes Hospital for the Use of the said Hospital One
other full and equal Sixth part thereof I Give and bequeath unto
the treasurer or treasurer s for the time being of Bethlem Hospital
for the Use of the said Hospital One otherfull and Equal Sixth Part there of
I Give and Bequeath unto the Treasure or Treasures of the time being
of the London Hospital for the Use of the said Hospital And the
remaining full and Equal Sixth part thereof I Give and bequeath unto
the treasurer or treasurer s for the time being of the London Work house
for the use of the said Workhouse Item I do Nominate Constitute &
Appoint the said William Sheppard< no role > James Green< no role > & Thomas Mead< no role >
Executors of this my last Will and Testament And my Will & Mind is
that my said Executors shall & May Sell & dispose of such part of
my Stocks or Governments Securities as they shall think Proper in
Order to Answer and pay my said Debts Finerall charges and
Legacys And that my said Executors shall not be Answerable or
chargeable with & for the Act & Late of the other another of them of for
any more of my Moneys or Estate then shall really and Bonaside come to
their respective hands And I do here by declare that It shall & may be
law full to and for my Executors by & out of my Estate and Effects to Reimburse
Pay & Satisfy him & themselves all such Costs charges & Expenses as
he or they shall or may Sustin pay bear or be put unto for or by reason
of the Performance of this my Will or the Trust's herebyin them reposed or
the Management & Execution there of respectvaly And Lastly I do
here by Revoke Conterm and make Null & Void all former & other
Will's bequests and Legacye by me at any time heretofore made
bequeath or given And do makes Publish & Declare this only to
be my last Will and Testament In Witness whereof I the & said Jenmix
Dry have to each part of this my Will Contained in these Sheets of Papers to the
two first Sheets thereof sett my hand & to the Last my hand and Seal this 19th
day of March in the First year of the Reign of our Sovereign Lord
George the third by the Grace of God of Great Britain Frances and
Inland King Defender of the Faith and so forth and in the year of our
Lord 1761 Jennix Dry< no role > . [mark] Singed Sealed Published & Declared
by the said Testator Jennix Dry as and for his last Will and Testament
in the Presence of who at the said Testaton request Subscribed our
Names as Witnesses in the Presence of the said Testaton Jas.

Where as I Jennix Dry of the Parish of Allhallows Steyning
London Gent have made my Last Will and Testament in Writing
bearing date the 19th day of March in the year of four Lord 1761 and
whereunto this Codicill is annexed And Whereas I have by my
Said Will Given and bequeathed unto William Sheppard< no role > of Thomas
Street
< no role > London Cheesemonger James Green< no role > of Tokenhouse Yard
London Gentleman and the Survivor and Survivor of them One thousand
Pounds of my Old South Sea Annuity upon Trust and Confidence
