Upon reading the Humble Petition of John Morse< no role > Merchant Setting
forth That by an Order of Court made the 19th. of December 1750 Reciting a former Order
made on the First of November then past it was Ordered that a Lease should be made or granted to
Robert Hardcastle< no role > of John Street Golden Square Mason with usual Covenants of a peice of Ground (formerly
in Lease to Isabella Finch< no role > ) Abutting North upon Bethlem street from Six Feet Westward beyond the
Braziers Shop (held among other things by Doctor Bovanquet Assignee of Six Soorp Eyles) to the East
Side of the Old Passage of Eight Feet wide Containing in the front East and West 128 feet little more or
less and In depth from Sixth Feet Northward clear from the Windows of the House in the Occupation
of Doctor Bosanquet or his undectenants to the Straight line Intinded to be made the front to
Bethlem street (setting back 12 Feet from the Front of the Braziers Shop at the East End and Six Feet from the Old
Building which was at the west End of the said Ground Adjoyning to the said Old Passage which
wod. leave the said Ground Intended to be demised In depth from North to South at the East
End thereof 76 Feet to Break of 20 Feet Westward and from thence 39 Feet In all 115 Feet
