Continued Wednesday 23d. May - 1764

Here by Ratify and Confirm my said Will and all the Gifts Desires
and bequeath matters and things therein Contained and no herein
and hereby altered or revoked In Witness where of I the said
Jennix Dry< no role > have to two parts hereof both of the same Tenor and
date sett my hand and seal this 10th. day of August in the year of
our Lord 1763 Jennix Dry [mark] Signed Sealed Published C
Declared by the abovenamed Jennix Dry as and for a Codicil & to his
last Will & Testament in the Presence of as who have here under
Subscribed our Names a Witnesses at his request and in has
Presence the words (his Executors on Admor's) or (Engagements)

Charles Hart< no role > which Will and Codicil are now Read and also
an Account of the Testors Stock in the Publick Funds and Cash
in the Bankers hands received from Mr.Green one of the Extord

Hospital Dated 16th May Instant under the Hands of John Wallington< no role >

Francis Hooker< no role > of Waltham Cross in the County of Hertford Gent
Upon the 22d. of July 1761 Entred in an Agreement with the
Committee of this Hospital for taking a Lease of a Mess on
Tenement and Farm with the Lands there unto belonging in the
Words following (Vizt.) Mr. Francis Hooker< no role > agrees to pay all the
arrears of Rent now due to the Hospital from Arthur Newitt< no role > to
Michaelmas next and to take a Lease to Commence from that
time for 21 years of the Farm at Waltham Cross now in the
Possion of the said Newitt at the Rent of £62 P Ann Land tax to be
allowed him there out & to pay out £80 under the Direction of the
