Continued Wednesday 7th. March 1764

Whereupon this Court doth Unanimously Elect the said John Packer< no role > an Artsmaster of
this Hospital And it is Ordered that the said John Packer< no role > ( producing a Copy of his Freedom
of this City and Delivering a Certificate of his last Legal Settlement he the Clerk be Admitted
an Artsmaster of this Hospital untill the Next Election Day and to have such Appartments
as She Comittee of this House shall think proper-Upon Giving Security as has been
Usually done in the like Cases - And that the Journeymen which he shall Empty in his
Trade shall be such as have Served their Apprentiship in this Hospital

Mr.Treasures informing the Court that the Lease Granted by this Hospital to Henry
Giffith
< no role > Esqr . bearing date the 4th. day of September 1674 of Diverse Messuages at Wapping
and lately Vested in Dr. Watson at the Yearly reserveded Rent of £20 occupied at Michals
last and That the Committee on the 25th of January last directed Mr. Holden The Surveyor
forthwith to take a Survey of the premies contained in the said Lease and report to
the said Committed what were the present Improved Annual Values of the Premes
Contained in the said Lease and what repair were Necessary to be done to the same
and that he had directed the Rents of the said House to be Incerted in the Rental of this
Hospital and that he had procured a Rental of the said Estate Announting to 181th a year
and an Attermont of the Tenants It is thereupon Ordered that it be referred to the
Committee of this House to Demise and Lett the Premisses Contained in the said Lease

Mr. Treasures in also Informing this Court that the Lease Granted by this Hospital
Sr. Wm. Warren< no role > bearing dale the 16th. March 1674 of a Peice of Ground and diverse
Masses thereon at Wapping No.30 & lately Vested in Anthony Deane< no role > Esqr .at the yearly
Reserved Rent of £4 Expired at Michas Next. That another Lease Granted by this
Hospital to the said Sr.Wm. Warren bearing dale the 18th March 1674 of another peice of
Ground and diverse Messes thereon at wapping No.39 & lately Vested in the said
Anthony Deane< no role > at the yearly Reserved Rent of £ 4 repaired at the same time
And That another Lease Granted by the said Hospital to Gregory Page< no role > Merchant
bearing the 5th May 1676 of a certain peice of Ground & Messes Elected thereon at
Wapping No.25 A, And also lately Vested in the said Anthony Deane< no role > at the yearly
reserved rent of £20,,10s likewise repaired at Michas last, and that the Committee
on the said 25th of Jany had made the like Order with regard to there premisses
as they had made concerning Dr. Watson That a Rent Roll had been
procured of this Estate amounting to £370 P And and the Tenants there of had
likewise Attorned to the Hospital, But that some of the Houses on the said
Premes were Empty, & that there were Tenants ready to treat for the same It
is thereupon Ordered that it be referred to the Committee of this house to
sett Lett & Demise the said premes Comprized in the said Several Lease

Mr.treasurer five there Informing this Court that another Lease Granted by the said
Hospital the said Ser Wm. Warren< no role > bearing date the 4th May,1675 of another price
