Upon Reading the humble Petition of Robert Bolton< no role > of the Parish of
St. John Wapping in the County of Middlesex Sailmaker Setting forthThat
the Petr. proposes to take a Lease (with Usual Covenants between the Governors
& their Tenants) of a Wharfe at Execution Dock and another Wharfe & Warehouse
a little beyond it on the Southside of Wapping Street & 7 Messuages, Several
Small Sheds & Yards on the North side of Wapping Street (part of the Pessions
of Bridewell Hospital) and being all the Premes Comprized in a Lease
from the Governors to James Isaacson< no role > Esqr . which will Expire at Midsumer
next O.S. Great part whereof the Petr. & his Partner have hold by an Under lease
for 27 Years And abutting West upon Brewers Lane & East upon a house &
Several Yards held under a Lease from the Governors to Mary Baron< no role > to
Compence from Midsumer next O. Stile for 9 Years & 3/4 of Year at £70 P
Ann rent clear of Taxes and to layout £200 in Necessary Repairs & Execute
a Counterpart of such LeaseAnd praying a Lease Accordingly
This Court doth Order that the said Petition be referred to the
Comittee of this House to Consider thereof And Report their Opinion
thereon to the Court.
