January Last in the words following vizt.John Stanford< no role > who at a
Court holden at this hospital the first day of Novemr Last was elected
Portersman haveing Laid before this Comee the names of the persons
he proposes to be his Security vizt.

Thomas Raban< no role > Barber Surgeon in Warwick Lane &
Thomas Winterton< no role > Glazier in Carter Lane near Dr Commons

And this Comee haveing made Inquiry concerning them are of Opinion
that their Security is Sufficient which nevertheless is Submitted to the
Judgment of the Court It is Ordered that the said Security be
accepted

That in pursuance of an Order of Court of the Tenth day of January

Served his apprenticeship in this hospital) is Sett up for himselfe
in the Trade of a Weaver and hath the Character of a diligent
Sober man It is Ordered that the Clerke of this hospital
do give and pay unto the said John Harrison< no role > Ten pounds
out of Mr Lock's Gift
