To the Worshipful His Majesty's Justices
of the Peace in and for the County of
Middlesex in their General Quarter
Session of the Peace Assembled

The Humble Petition of the Churchwardens and Overseers
of the Poor of the Parish of New Windsor in the County
of Berks

Sheweth


That by Virtue of an Order of Removal under the hands
and Seals of W. Blackborow and Thomas Cogan< no role > Esquires
two of his Majesty's Justices of the Peace in and for the said
County of Middlesex bearing date the 18th. day of January
last John Bond< no role > and Ann< no role > his Wife with their Son John< no role >
Aged about 5 Years and daughter Susannah< no role > aged about
two Years were removed and conveyed from the Parish of
Saint James at Clerkenwell in the said County of
Middlesex to the said Parish of New Windsor as the place
of their last legal Settlement Whereby your Petitioners
conceive themselves aggrieved in that part of the said
Order which adjudges the last legal Settlement of the said
John Bond< no role > and Ann his Wife and their Son John and
daughterAnnSusannah to be in the said Parish of
New Windsor

Your Petitioners therefore Appeal
against the said Order and humbly pray
Relief in the Premises And that your
Worships will be pleased to appoint some
day in the present Session for the hearing
this their said Appeal

And your Petitioners shall ever Pray Etc
