of the Churchwarden and Overseers and of the Poor of the Hamblet of
Wappin Stepney
abovesaid that

are lately come into the said Hamblet of Wappin Stepney
endeavouring to be setled there contrary to Law, and whereas it
also futher appeareth into as that by reason of the Poverty of the
said
Eleanor Picket< no role >
and said Two Children the and they are become
chargeable to the said Hamblet of Wappin Stepney
and likely to become
a greater and futher charge if not Speedily prevented, all which wee
the said Justices of the peace doe adjudge to be true And whereas it
further appeareth unto as upon Oath that that the said

was
last legally settled in the parish of
Brentwood
in the County of Essex
aforesaid and upon a strict Examination wee cannot find any legall
Settlement that the said

hath gained elsewhere since
Wee doe therefore adjudge the said parish of Brentwood
to be the
place of the last legall Settlement of the said

and that

in right of her said Husbamd and the said
Two Children Vizt.

said Father ought to be sent thithen
These are therefore in his Majties. name to command
you upon sight hereof to Pass and convey the said Eleanor Picket< no role >
and said Two Children Vizt. William< no role >
& Sarah Picket< no role >
from the said
Hamblet of Wappin Stepney
to the said parish of Brentwood
and
to deliver them together with this percept to the Churchwardens &
Overseers of the Poor there or to some or one of them who whereby
required them to receive and provide for as they doe for other such
Poor of their said Parish untill they shall be freed from them
by due course of Law. And this shall be your Warrant & Given
under our hands & seals this 16th. day of October 1714
