of the parish of St. Jameses Clarkenwell
in the County aforesaid

Your humble Petioner for Seven or Eight and
twenty years paid to the Poor and all other
duties of the said Pish is now by Reason of
great troubles and Losses taken upon him and
being in age makes him [..] Incapable of
paying any longer your petioner humbly
begs [..] In hour wisdom and goodness your will
discoarge him of the same and your petitioner
