That your peticoner is rated Two peace P: weeke towards
ye. rates made for ye. releife of ye. poor of ye. sd Pish
and that by reason of his poverty which is occationed
by ye. great decay of his traid he is not able any
Longer to pay to any pish rate whatsoever, he findinge
very hard to maintaine himselfe & family by ye
Smale busieness which he has at his traide

Worsps. Consideracon in ye. premisses; and to
make such Order therein as to Your Worsprs.
